Bone Bruise

I din realised that a bone bruise is such a "hard to heal" kind of injury until my classmate told me about it.

And as I was searching through the internet, the few sites that I've visited gave me similar responses.
The bruise will take some time to heal and there's no cure except to rest and ice. Why din the dr tell me about it? The injury takes weeks or even months to recover. Oh crap..There were ppl writing in the forums commenting dat their bone bruises is still giving them problems after months.

I guess mine will be taking some time as well.
