Sigh this muz be the karma for laughing at a classmate who got his ankle in cast =(
I took the painkiller prescribed by the dr before training yesterday. And after trg, I began to feel itchy. But I muz say the painkiller is good! I din feel pain at my ankle. But in return, Im having a bloated nose..Think it's an allergy reaction from the painkiller. Crapp..
