For the whole of the week, I realised that I have been talking bout the same thing to both my students and my team mates.
Just telling every one to "keep going" and to acknowledge that we are strong every day. Many times, it's the adrenaline and mind which keeps us going. Every step that we take, it has to be a firm one, to bring us to the next level. Be very sure of what we are doing. And do it with no regrets.
I think that is how we move ahead.
